Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Electrical Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of electricians on various construction projects.
Plan and coordinate electrical installations and repairs according to project specifications.
Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
Manage construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to facilitate smooth workflow on the job site.
Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering skill development within the team.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to electrical work on construction sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
