Advanced Indoor Resources (AIR, LLC) is seeking an experienced Commercial Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician to join our growing team!

What We're Looking For:

✅ Journeyman or Master HVAC License
✅ Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
✅ Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
✅ Experience with rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and controls
✅ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with all codes and standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Provide outstanding service to our customers
