Sign Fabricator & Assistant Painter

AJ Signs is looking for a hands on, detail oriented Sign Fabricator and Assistant Painter to join our team. This role focuses on building high quality signage and supporting our paint department to bring projects to life with clean, professional finishes.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate a wide range of signs using aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and composite materials
Assist with prepping, priming, and painting signs and components
Sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure quality finishes
Operate shop tools and equipment for cutting, assembly, and finishing
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:

Experience in fabrication, woodworking, automotive bodywork, or a similar hands on field preferred
Painting experience such as spray painting is a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to follow instructions and work with your hands
Comfortable working in a fast paced shop environment
Welding experience is a bonus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
