A local, owner-operated HVAC company is seeking an experienced LEAD INSTALLER in Montgomery County, MD. MUST have at least 4 years of experience and a clean driving record. We're looking for someone who can take the lead on change outs and problem solve on the spot. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership and be rewarded for your hard work and loyalty. We'll pay for training and licensing to help our employees grow in their HVAC careers.

Requirements:
4+ years installation experience - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THIS!!!
Valid Driver's License
Dependable and highly motivated

Summary

As a Lead Installer in HVAC, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems in residential customer's homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to codes and safety standards. Reporting to the Installation Manager, your core skills in HVAC and refrigeration will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Join our team to lead projects and enhance customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment. We give a 2% bonus on every install to the Lead, in addition to hourly pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
