Overview
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Full-Time HVAC Technicians and Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure our clients experience optimal comfort and system performance. Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components.
Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs.
Perform service technician duties such as diagnosing system issues using tools like ohmmeters and performing equipment repairs efficiently.
Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems and property maintenance tasks to ensure seamless operation of all mechanical systems.
Utilize welding skills for ductwork or equipment fabrication as needed; operate tools safely and follow all safety protocols.
Assist with refrigeration systems and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) applications in compliance with industry standards.
Maintain detailed service records, complete shift reports, and document all work performed for quality assurance and future reference.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction environments and field service operations.
Proven service technician experience with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or appliance repair.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus.
Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to heating and cooling systems.
Experience working with drivers or similar vehicle operation for timely job site visits.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC/R equipment is highly desirable.
Proficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters; skilled in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
Welding capabilities for ductwork or component fabrication; experience with boiler systems is advantageous.
Mechanical aptitude combined with strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently in the field under minimal supervision. Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
