Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team and contribute to high-end residential interior renovation projects throughout New York City.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detail-oriented craftsmanship and is comfortable working on luxury apartment renovations that require precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform finish carpentry work, including trim, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and detailed millwork
Install doors, door hardware, and interior carpentry elements
Complete punch list and final detail work to a high standard
Assist with custom carpentry installations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work collaboratively with the construction team and project managers
Follow project plans and instructions to ensure high-quality results

Requirements

Proven experience in finish carpentry
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently on active job sites
Ability to work well with a team
English required for communication and job site safety (Spanish is a plus)
References required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
