Job Title: Senior Plumbing Project Manager
Location: New York City Metropolitan Area (Onsite)
Job Type: Direct Hire – Fulltime

Requirements:

They must have 10 years of experience as a super or foreman
Must be able to read estimates and manage a crew to get the plumbing work done
Oversee work ranging from $5K up to $5 million
Understand the change order process and be able to create and obtain them
Manage the project according to a fixed schedule and make sure they are in and out on time
Confirm actual conditions of project by conducting site surveys
Maintain positive subcontractor relationships
Work directly with the estimator to ensure the project is being completed per the scope
They must be articulate, presentable, be able to attend meetings with clients, have great communication skills and their temperament is VERY important
They must work well with subcontractors and be able to interface with architects and engineers; part of their job also involves getting the plumbers and mechanics out to their jobsites on time
Most importantly, the candidate MUST have a knowledge of plumbing, know how to estimate and good communication skills
Candidates without prior plumbing experience will not be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
