Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, and appliances.
Gas Heating Systems: Service and maintain gas heating systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
System Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing and heating issues with accuracy and provide timely, effective solutions.
Pipework & Fittings: Perform pipe threading, bending, soldering, and cutting as needed for system installation and maintenance.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend system life.
Customer Service: Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, explaining issues and presenting repair solutions.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets local plumbing/gas codes and safety standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

MA Journeyman Plumber License (Required)
Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing and gas heating experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities as well as excellent customer service skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Commitment to professionalism, safety, and quality workmanship
