We are committed to excellence in providing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to our clients in eastern North Carolina, both residential and commercial.

This position is responsible for configuring, installing, fitting and maintaining various piping systems for mechanical contracting and service operations. Assisting other areas of our mechanical contracting team is required if pipefitter work is not available.

Responsibilities:

Plans, prepares, installs, and maintains piping and plumbing systems composed of various materials; systems may include pipes, pressure and vacuum gauges, pipeline filters, steam traps, and strainer valves
Provide pipefitting instruction to helpers and assistants if needed
Interpret and understand drawings related to assigned projects
Maintain and attend training to update certification in pipefitting and practices
Provide support and act as a resource for customers
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience as a pipefitter.
Relevant certifications and licenses.
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
