In-Home Sales Closer – Pre-Set Appointments Provided (Proven 50%+ Closers Only)

We have more high-quality appointments than closers to run them. That's why this job exists.

ClearFlow Water sells whole-home water filtration and treatment systems to homeowners in Myrtle Beach. We book the appointments. You run them and close. No cold calling. No knocking doors. No finding your own leads.

What we give you

Leads, leads, leads. 20-30 pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments per week, from homeowners who contacted us first
A proven in-home demo with a water test that shows the homeowner the problem in their own kitchen
10%-15% commission per deal. Top closers make on average $12k-$15k/m Coaching from people who close, aimed at taking you from 50% to 70%+

The requirement (not negotiable)

You need a proven track record in in-home or direct-to-consumer sales, such as water treatment, roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, bath remodel, pest control, pools or security, with a close rate of 50% or higher, month over month.

What we mean by 50%: at least half of the appointments you run with all decision-makers present end in a sale that stays sold after cancellations and financing. That has to hold every month, not just in one good month.

You'll be asked to prove it with commission statements, CRM or leaderboard reports, or a reference from a former sales manager. If you can't show it, please don't apply.

Why we're strict

We'll train you on our product, our water test and our process. We won't spend months trying to turn a 30% closer into a 50% closer. Our coaching goes into taking 50% closers to 70% and 80%. If you're already good and want a company that can keep you busy and make you better, this is it.

What you'll do

Run 2-4 pre-set in-home appointments per day
Test the home's water and walk homeowners through the results
Present and close whole-home systems, including financing
Keep your deals updated in our CRM
Hand off sold jobs cleanly to our install team

Requirements

50%+ close rate that you can prove, as defined above
1+ years in in-home or direct-to-consumer sales
Comfortable presenting financing
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Coachable on process, confident in your close

To apply: include your close rate, the time period it covers, and your company or industry. We check it on the first call.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week

Application Question(s):

What was your average close rate on in-home appointments over the last 6 months?
Can you provide commission statements, CRM reports or a manager reference to verify it?
How many years of in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience do you have?
What industry and company?
