Countryside Restoration Inc. is a trusted leader in disaster restoration and emergency services. We don't just rebuild houses; we help families put their lives back together after water, fire, and storm damage. We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our reconstruction team.

The Role:
We are looking for a versatile craftsman who takes pride in high-quality finish work. You will be responsible for the "put-back" phase of our projects—turning a damaged property back into a home. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is comfortable working in occupied residences and has a wide range of remodeling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Finish Carpentry: Installation of baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, and window trim with precision.

Cabinetry: Installation of kitchen and bath cabinets and vanities.

Drywall & Paint: Ability to patch drywall, match textures, and perform painting touch-ups is a huge plus.

Flooring: Installation of laminate, vinyl plank, or hardwood is preferred.

Communication: Interact professionally with homeowners and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Site Management: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional carpentry or remodeling experience.

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (or ability to drive a company vehicle).

Own set of standard hand and power tools.

Ability to pass a background check/drug screening.

Experience in the Restoration industry (Xactimate knowledge) is a bonus, but not required.
