We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants more than simply pushing paperwork and updating schedules. What You'll Do

Manage multiple high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Partner with ownership to develop and improve company systems and operating procedures
Build and maintain project schedules
Lead project planning, coordination, and execution
Manage subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client communication
Drive accountability and maintain momentum across active projects
Collaborate on estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction planning
Help develop standardized processes for project management, estimating, scheduling, and field operations
Mentor junior team members and help build a high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

7+ years of construction project management experience
Experience managing high-end residential renovation projects
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Excellent communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Highly organized and systems-oriented
Comfortable creating structure where structure doesn't yet exist
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction financials is a plus
A continuous improvement mindset

Pay: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
