Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and drainage systems. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong work ethic and a desire for career advancement. We offer management training and promotion opportunities for those interested in leadership within our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, quote and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe replacements
Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, and other plumbing fixtures
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal function
Provide top-notch customer service, explaining repairs and recommendations to homeowners
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and job sites
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry best practices
For those interested in leadership: Assist with scheduling, training, and mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
A Journeyman Plumber license is required
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
