Location: Lombard
Job Type: Part-Time / Contract Opportunity
Compensation: Performance-Based + Commission

About Us

Drip City Plumbing, Drain & Sewer is a new, ambitious plumbing company serving the Chicagoland area.

We're starting small, but our vision is BIG. We want to build Drip City into one of Chicago's most recognized plumbing, sewer, and drain companies, competing with established brands

We're looking for someone who understands how to grow a home service business from the ground up.

We don't just need someone who posts pictures. We need someone who knows how to generate customers, build a brand, and produce measurable results.

Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
Create and publish professional posts, reels, promotional graphics, and short-form videos.
Develop a consistent content calendar.
Follow up with customers to request genuine, honest Google reviews.
Encourage customers to voluntarily share photos of completed work when appropriate.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.
Create engaging plumbing, drain cleaning, and sewer-related content.
Help improve local SEO, Google visibility, and brand awareness.
Generate qualified leads and booked plumbing appointments.
Develop strategies to compete with larger Chicagoland plumbing companies.
Track performance and provide weekly growth reports.

Performance-Based Compensation

We want to reward productivity and results.

$1 per completed and documented customer review follow-up using an approved text-message workflow.
$3 per completed customer photo/testimonial outreach workflow, including obtaining appropriate permission where applicable.
Additional commissions for verified new customers generated through social media marketing.
Performance bonuses for achieving agreed-upon growth and lead-generation targets.
Opportunity to negotiate a larger role and compensation as the company grows.

Bonuses for review outreach are earned for legitimate work performed, regardless of whether a customer posts a review or what rating they provide. No fake, purchased, or incentivized customer reviews are permitted.

Who We're Looking For

Someone experienced in growing small businesses through social media.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, video editing, and content creation.
Understanding of local SEO and customer acquisition.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services is highly preferred.
Ability to produce measurable results, not just likes and followers.
Someone creative, motivated, reliable, and interested in building a long-term relationship.

Our Goal

We want to build Drip City Plumbing, Drain & Sewer into a multimillion-dollar company.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth and has the skills, discipline, and ideas to make it happen.
