Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager with attention to customer service to help ensure the successful delivery of our infrastructure solutions. This role, working remotely but home based in the Philadelphia, PA area, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute and grow with an innovative manufacturer, supplier, and developer of transportation related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage all assigned noise barrier and retaining wall projects by ensuring successful completion from a cost, quality, and schedule perspective while meeting all project requirements
Actively engage the project team (drafting, engineering, procurement, plant, transportation, and field), customer, and other notable project stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential issues and work with the team to develop and execute response plans.
Proactively identify and secure change orders from customers
Effectively manage the projects in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracts
Regularly manage, monitor, and control project progress, project schedule, job costs (monthly forecasting), financial performance, accounts receivables, invoicing, and payments
Support the Sales team during the pre-bid stage on opportunities by identifying and evaluating project risks as required
Responsibility for one’s own compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Work within the team to mentor, be mentored, and to generally support a cooperative professional group.
Monitor project performance metrics and report progress at set intervals to the Director of Project Management.

Qualifications

5–10 years of Construction / Project Management is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, construction Management, or a similar field is required.
PMP certification is preferred.
Team player with a high level of dedication and proven experience in leading, directing and coaching a team of project managers is required.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
Broad technical background and strong technical aptitude (i.e., conversant with construction drawings, specifications, codes, procedures, and standards.
Construction and Precast experience is an asset.
Strong Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe. (AutoCAD is a plus)
Proficiency in English.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
