We are a locally owned family HVAC business looking for a technician to join our team. Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heat pumps
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC/R equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices
Conduct equipment repairs involving welding, mechanical adjustments, or component replacements
Maintain detailed service records for all repairs and maintenance performed
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes
Operate a company vehicle safely while adhering to all driving regulations

Experience

Proven experience as a Service Technician in HVAC or related fields such as refrigeration, appliance repair, or property maintenance
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning and mechanical components
Experience working with schematics, HVAC design plans, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
Skilled in equipment repair, welding techniques, and general maintenance tasks
Familiarity with field service operations involving equipment repair in commercial or residential settings
Previous use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters is preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
