We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our construction teams on diverse projects. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise carpentry crews on construction sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specifications
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan daily activities and resolve on-site issues promptly
Monitor progress against project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies through regular site inspections
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide team execution
Manage material procurement, inventory control, and quality control measures to maintain project standards
Oversee the use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment

Requirements

Proven experience in construction site supervision with a strong background in carpentry and heavy civil projects
Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and supervise multiple crews
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Primavera
Strong understanding of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control procedures
Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters and understand electrical systems within construction projects
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members
