Position Summary

InDemand Industrial Services is seeking experienced Pipe Combo Welders with Rig to join our team in Berryville, Arkansas. Candidates must be proficient in both GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick) welding processes and be capable of producing high-quality welds on carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems in an industrial construction environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform GTAW and SMAW welding on pipe systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.
Fabricate, fit, align, and weld piping assemblies.
Maintain weld quality standards and pass required inspections.
Operate and maintain welding equipment and rig truck tools.
Ensure compliance with all site safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with supervision and other craft personnel to meet project schedules.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of industrial pipe welding experience preferred.
Must possess a fully equipped rig truck suitable for industrial pipe welding work.
Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel pipe.
Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Reliable transportation and ability to maintain regular attendance.
Required Weld Test

Candidates must successfully complete:

One GTAW (TIG) fixed 6G super coupon test
One SMAW (Stick) fixed 6G super coupon test

Schedule: 6 Days per Week / 12-Hour Shifts
Subsistence: $90 per day (7 days per week)

Pay: $40.00 per hour
