Responsibilities

Valid Driver's License, Team Player, Respectful
Perform framing, trim carpentry, and heavy lifting tasks with precision and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately
Install fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and other building components
Operate hand tools, power tools
Support remodeling efforts
Collaborate with team members on site to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards
Skills
4-7+ years experience in new construction, frame to finish, and/or home renovations
Proficiency in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking, and cabinetry installation
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup and safety procedures
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading
Window and door, siding, decking, and railing installations
Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety regulations. Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
