Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to lead and coordinate our roof drain projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage roof drain installations, develop accurate project estimates, and ensure seamless execution on-site. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and management of roof drain installation commercial projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, codes, and client specifications
Prepare detailed project estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Develop comprehensive project schedules. Optimize workflow and resource allocation
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
Monitor project progress through site visits, inspections, and progress reports; address issues proactively to prevent delays
Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and documentation to maintain clarity and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design intent
Maintain rigorous time management practices to meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards

Skills

Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on roof drainage systems; familiarity with commercial projects preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Expertise in project scheduling, project management principles, and construction site experience
Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for complex plumbing layouts
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills for coordinating across teams and stakeholders effectively
