Job Summary

We are growing our US sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help accelerate growth in your assigned region. In this role, you will be a vital partner to the Head of Sales, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding our market footprint within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing and executing territory sales plans to expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Delivering professional presentations and demonstrations of Lesso’s piping products and services to potential and existing customers.
Train and support distributor partners and sales representatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling capabilities.
Accurately processing sales orders while ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and other key industry stakeholders within your assigned territory to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to provide valuable insights to management and help shape effective sales strategies.
Represent Lesso at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
Proactively resolving customer concerns by identifying problems, facilitating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide weekly sales and expense reports to HQ in compliance with company guidelines.
Adhere to approved sales and travel budgets.
Maintain accurate customer files, contracts, correspondence, and CRM records.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5years of proven sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Preferably PVC pipes, fittings, or related products.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate product features to customers.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
Valid driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel within your assigned territory regularly.
Ideally residing within or near the territory you will manage for greater customer access and responsiveness.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic sales environment.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
