Position Summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Professional to perform a wide range of residential and commercial repair and maintenance services. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled trades professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

○ Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and light electrical

○ Diagnose issues on-site and recommend effective repair solutions

○ Complete work efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company quality standards

○ Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and office staff

○ Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

○ Manage tools, materials, and company equipment responsibly

○ Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

○ 10+ years of experience as a handyman, service technician, or multi-skilled trades professional

○ Strong working knowledge of common residential and commercial repair methods

○ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

○ Ownership of professional-grade tools appropriate for a variety of jobs

○ Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle

○ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work at heights or overhead as required

○ Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits

○ Earn $60,000–$80,000 per year

○ Company vehicle and fuel card provided

○ iPad and job management technology provided

○ Office team handles customer calls and scheduling

○ Benefits may include PTO, 401(k), medical, dental, and vision (location dependent)
