Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Las Vegas team.

We are looking for a technician who is not interested in simply getting in, changing a part, and leaving.

We want someone who is thorough, disciplined, professional, and process-driven — a technician who looks at the entire system, finds the root cause of the problem, documents what they see, and explains solutions clearly to the homeowner.

If that sounds like the way you already work, we want to talk to you.

What Makes a Technician Successful Here

Thorough

You don't stop at the first failed component. You inspect the system, open panels, check components, take measurements, take photos, and look for the full picture.

Disciplined

You follow the company's service process on every call and understand that consistency creates better results for both the customer and technician.

Professional

You communicate well with homeowners, ask good questions, listen to their concerns, and explain technical problems in simple terms.

Detail-Oriented

You document what you find, take clear photos, maintain accurate job notes, and leave the customer and the next technician with a complete picture of the system.

Coachable

You are experienced, but you're still willing to learn, improve, follow a process, and receive coaching.

Your Responsibilities

Run approximately 2–3 residential service calls per day
Perform complete HVAC system evaluations and diagnostics
Identify root causes instead of only treating symptoms
Follow our service-call process from beginning to end
Document findings with detailed notes and photos
Explain system condition and repair options clearly to homeowners
Present repair, maintenance, indoor air quality, and replacement options when appropriate
Maintain a professional customer experience
Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
Participate in the company on-call rotation
Minimize callbacks through accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship

Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record acceptable for company vehicle insurance
Strong residential HVAC diagnostic skills
Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
Comfortable using mobile software and documenting service calls
Ability to work during the demanding Las Vegas cooling season
EPA certification preferred
