Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, compressors, and electrical connections.
Collaborate with other service technicians to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.

Experience

5 + years proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in building or maintaining HVAC systems.
Familiarity with various HVAC tools and equipment, including diagnostic instruments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
