We are looking for an individual who is capable of not only performing construction related trade services, but one who can successfully oversee and manage a small team to collaboratively complete the project or task from start to finish. Our projects are almost always multi-trade and multi-room services, they require a detail of thought process, communication, problem solving, and expertise. We are working in settings where the occupant can/will be present. The best success will require your attention to the surroundings, respect of those around you, efficiency, organizational skills, and professionalism. You will be required to collaborate well with management and the labor work force to complete projects on time and with-in budget. You should have experience in all trades and skills with-in the residential and light commercial construction industry. You will have a large roll in the safety of the job site and the safety of the team.

Ideal Candidate:

Trades Experience- 5+ years

Demo, Framing, Windows/Doors, Insulation, Drywall, Trim Carpentry, Flooring,
Cabinets, Tile, Painting

Understands Blueprints

Detail focused

Success driven

Has worked in owner occupied environments

Obtains a driver’s license (deal breaker)

Has overseen 1-3 individuals

No felonies

Works well with others

Efficient

Respectful

Honest

Punctual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
