We specialize in warranty service repairs for our network partners. We take pride in providing timely service to our customers, demonstrating our skill and integrity. We are looking for a skilled Mobile Appliance Repair Technician in Bluffton, SC. This position offers hands-on, paid training in the appliance repair field. The position is flexible to the individual. Contractors, full-time or part-time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role involves working directly with customers to provide high-quality service and ensure their appliances are functioning optimally. Training will be paid and provided by our company.

Duties

Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance functionality and identify problems.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on appliances.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
Conduct field service visits by driving to customer locations for appliance repair.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and report accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Order and maintain parts and part invoices from manufacturers and part distributors for reporting.
Schedule appointments, revisit appointments, and maintain schedule adherence.

Requirements

Must have working vehicle. This position requires usage of your personal vehicle.
Must be able to work without direct supervision.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have basic tools, such as screw drivers, wrenches, impact drill, and multimeter.
Background, drug, and criminal screening required.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain records.
Adequate understanding of electrical systems and HVAC principles.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
Field experience preferred.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,500.00 per month
