Summary

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Install Plumber to join our growing team. This position is responsible for completing residential plumbing installation projects according to company standards, local code, and project scope while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Most work in this role involves planned installation projects that have been quoted in advance, such as repipes, system upgrades, and installation of larger plumbing equipment. The installer is responsible for executing the project efficiently, maintaining quality workmanship, and completing the job within the planned timeline.

This role is ideal for plumbers who take pride in clean work, problem solving, and completing installation projects the right way.

Responsibilities

Install residential plumbing systems and major plumbing components
Perform equipment installations and system replacements
Complete repipes and plumbing system upgrades
Install fixtures, piping, and plumbing equipment according to code and company standards
Coordinate with project timelines and installation schedules
Educate customers on installed systems and equipment when appropriate
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Document installs using iPad software (photos, notes, forms)
Follow safety procedures and installation standards
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, sales team, and management

Requirements

Must be a licensed plumber
Minimum 4 years plumbing installation experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoors
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving ability
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
