Our Workforce Solutions team places skilled maintenance professionals onsite with our customers, and we stand behind every tech we place. Our values are simple: Safety, Integrity, Pride, and Teamwork.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation equipment and software.

Work from drawings, schematics, and other documentation.

Conduct daily rounds and readings.

Work closely with Engineering to establish total predictive maintenance procedures and cost models.

WHAT YOU BRING

Oregon Journeyman or Plant Journeyman Electrician License (EE-98J). This is required.

8+ years of experience with the maintenance requirements of electrical facility systems, such as electrical distribution (up to 15kV), HVAC equipment, and facility piping systems, plus the associated controls and instrumentation for basic facility equipment and systems.

8+ years of experience with metering and testing equipment, including a multimeter, Megger, Hi-Pot, ground fault detector, VLF, and IR camera.

Experience reading one-line electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Capable and willing to pass CPR/AED training, and willing and able to work overtime when needed.

NICE TO HAVE

Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC 70), NFPA 70B (Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance), and NFPA 70E (Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace).

Strong math skills and the ability to read single-line diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Ability to recognize system and equipment deficiencies and take corrective action.

Preferred qualifications are a plus and can come from industry experience, internships, or coursework.

PAY, BENEFITS AND SCHEDULE

$55/hr, paid weekly, as an employee of Pro Services, an employee-owned company (ESOP).

Pro covers 100% of medical insurance premiums starting on Day 1 for single and family plans.

Vision and dental insurance, a matching 401(k), and vacation and holiday pay.

Night shift, compressed workweek of four 10-hour shifts, with overtime as needed.
