This is an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, family-oriented company that values technical excellence, integrity, and long-term relationships. If you’re an experienced BAS professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading people, and bringing innovative control solutions to life, this position offers the kind of autonomy, support, and professional growth rarely found in today’s market. Your leadership will not only influence major automation projects but also help shape the next generation of building performance.

Conduct job walks and pre-bid reviews alongside the sales team to ensure accurate estimates and project coverage.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, manpower plans, and financial forecasts.
Identify, pursue, and document change orders as needed to maintain project profitability.
Track progress, quality, and safety compliance through regular site visits and team meetings.
Mentor and develop controls technicians and installers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
Lead project turnover meetings, review documentation, and manage closeout requirements.
Partner closely with internal teams to align labor, materials, and subcontractor efforts with client expectations.
