Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of restoration efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role offers an opportunity to lead dynamic teams and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and maintain detailed documentation for all project phases.
Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to promote transparency and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and address any construction site challenges.
Implement time management strategies for teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in Water Mitigation management or project coordination within the restoration industry.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Pay: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00 per year
