Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Assemble and install plumbing systems according to blueprints and specifications.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Read blueprints to understand the layout of plumbing systems.
Thread pipes using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Collaborate with HVAC professionals when necessary for integrated systems.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work.
Ability to read blueprints accurately for installation and repair tasks.
Experience with pipe threading techniques is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
A valid plumber's license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
