Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless systems, fireplaces, geothermal)
Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
Troubleshoot system issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
Complete service calls accurately and efficiently
Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Recommend system improvements or replacements when appropriate (no high-pressure sales—just honest advice)

Qualifications

4+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and controls
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
