The Role

As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will lead installation jobs from start to finish—ensuring systems are installed correctly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You’ll work directly with customers in their homes, represent our company professionally, and take ownership of delivering a clean, high-quality install every time.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
Ensure installs meet code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
Establish strong customer rapport to drive satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business
Properly stage jobs and follow quality checklists
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck
Participate in training and continuously improve your skillset
Complete accurate and timely job documentation

Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC residential installation experience
Clean, safe driving record
Strong organization and follow-through
Professional, customer-friendly communication skills
Team-oriented but personally driven to perform
Highly motivated, self-starter with a great attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
