Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of HVAC construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and technical systems will drive project success while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to coordinate resources and milestones
Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure clear communication and seamless project flow
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and technical details
Utilize construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost projections and budgets
Monitor progress on-site through construction site experience, conducting regular inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control
Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and progress reports using Bluebeam or equivalent digital tools
Oversee subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with specifications and contract terms while maintaining schedule integrity
Coordinate project activities with civil teams using Civil 3D or similar software for site layout and infrastructure planning
Track project performance metrics related to time management, cost control, and resource allocation

Requirements

Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools; familiarity with Schematics and blueprint reading essential
Extensive knowledge of construction estimating processes including HeavyBid or comparable programs
Strong understanding of contracts, specifications, and construction site safety protocols
Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines
Ability to read technical schematics and interpret complex blueprints effectively
Prior experience working on large-scale construction sites within the HVAC or mechanical systems industry
Proficiency in using construction management software for tracking progress, managing documentation, and reporting outcomes
Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams including engineers (), contractors, clients, and vendors

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
