Primary Purpose: Assist with the repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Assist with the Facility scheduling of A/C and lighting request. Work schedule M-F 2:30pm to 11:00 pm
Qualifications:
Minium Education/Certificate: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Minium Experience: None
Special Knowledge and Skills:
Must be able to interrupt written and oral instructions.
Must be able to operate tools and equipment used in assigned department.
Must be able to learn basic fundamentals of trade
Must be able to climb ladders safely
Must have basic computer skills and be able to learn Automated Logics and Inify software programs.
Major Responsibilites and Duties:
1. Assist with HVAC projects
2. Assist with preventive maintenance projects
3. Assist with water treatment programs
4. Assist in filter changes
5. Purse schooling in at least on craft or trade.
6. Maintain records and reports as assigned
7. Care for tools and equipment in assigned departments.
8. Must demostrate a positive attitude, flexibility,and a willingness to preform addditional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Drills, saws, electric lifts, measuring devices, step ladders, extension ladders

Physical Demands:
Strenous walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting-over 45 lbs. Responsibilities of the position can cause and require irregualr work hours.
