As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience while delivering top-notch service to our customers. This isn’t just a job—it’s the first step toward becoming a Lead HVAC Install expert.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in installing residential heating and cooling systems
Learn the ins and outs of HVAC from our industry experts
Ensure top-notch quality and safety on every job
Keep tools and parts organized for smooth operations
Communicate professionally with customers
Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow all safety protocols
Document work using our digital tools
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For:

Technical school or HVAC coursework is preferred
Hands-on experience in the field is a plus!
EPA or Gas Trainee is great, but not necessary
A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Strong desire to learn and grow in the trade
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
Great communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
Available to work full-time Monday through Friday
