TITLE: Field Service Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· This is a unique opportunity for a skilled technician to step into a permanent, full-time role covering two specific clients for us, one in Oklahoma City and one in Wichita KS.
· Unlike typical field service positions, this role is site-specific: you will represent us on location, integrating into the client’s environment and serving as their go-to expert for service and support of our products.
· This position offers a stable, long-term engagement, candidates who are willing to travel will be considered, since we do have other clients and travel is required on occasion.
· Field Techs should remain open to other travel as part of the broader field service team culture.
· Candidates must live within regional travel distance to both OK City and Wichita.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary on-site technician for CNC equipment at client location.
· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and software components (primarily Press Brakes).
· Support machine installation, startup, and functional testing.
· Document service activities and communicate effectively with internal teams and the customer.
· Train client personnel on equipment use, safety and preventive maintenance.
· Ensure adherence to all company procedures and safety protocols.
· Assist with related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Completion of Mechanical/Trade School or 4+ years of relevant in-field service experience.
· 1–2 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a field service capacity.
· Ability to read/interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and manuals.
· Hands-on experience with service tools and diagnostic equipment.
· Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs.
· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word), and familiarity with CAD software.
· Must pass technical (mechanical/electrical) aptitude assessments.
GOOD TO HAVE:
· Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
· Background in sheet metal or fabrication.
· Prior experience conducting technical training.
· Multilingual abilities—Spanish, French or German.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- CNC: 2 years (Preferred)
