Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical education or degree in plumbing or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in plumbing service and repair, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading teams, and developing talent within the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Extensive experience with cutting-edge plumbing technologies
- Advanced knowledge of energy efficiency equipment
- Journeyman plumber, with extensive service skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to work in various positions, including standing, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Core Responsibilities:
- Expert Technical Leadership: Oversee and manage the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex and advanced residential plumbing systems.
- Handle the most intricate plumbing issues with advanced diagnostic techniques and innovative solutions.
- Provide expert advice on system design, optimization, and integration for new installations and upgrades, ensuring peak system performance and efficiency.
- Mentor and coach Level 1 through Level 4 technicians, providing advanced training, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and technical proficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs with a high level of professionalism and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead efforts to promote a culture of safety within the team.
