Position Summary:
We're hiring a Heat Pump Service Technician based out of Scarborough, ME. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heat pump systems. Technicians are also expected to identify opportunities for additional work and services, helping customers get the most from their systems while supporting our internal sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu, and Samsung heat pump systems
- Clearly communicate with customers about system performance and next steps
- Identify and discuss opportunities for additional services (repairs, upgrades, add-ons)
- Accurately document all work performed using our ServiceTitan platform
- Coordinate with office staff and sales team to ensure proper lead handoffs and follow-ups
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle and uphold safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC or heat pump service experience preferred
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management
- Sales awareness or interest in growing sales skills through customer interaction
