Key Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive estimates and takeoffs for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects in Islip, NY.
Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and fire protection scopes for completeness and accuracy.
Calculate costs for materials, labor, and subcontracted services to create competitive, profitable bids.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the bidding process.
