Eagle Pro is a dynamic, people-first home services company with a strong foothold in the Florence and Shoals area through our established heating and air division. We are on a growth journey, expanding into Huntsville, and now we're ready to launch a brand-new plumbing division starting right here in the Shoals.
The Opportunity
We're not just hiring a plumber. We're looking for a Master Plumber who has the heart of a leader, the mindset of an entrepreneur, and the passion to build something from the ground up. You'll be the driving force behind launching and running our new plumbing department. Initially, you'll help us leverage our existing brand reputation and customer base in the Shoals area. Once we've got that division humming, you'll lead the expansion of the plumbing department into Huntsville as well.
Starting Pay: $90,000
What We're Looking For
- Leadership & Vision: This isn't a standard plumbing gig. We need someone who's excited to shape a department, mentor a team, and grow with us. You should have a genuine interest in business growth and be eager to get behind our vision and core values.
- Hands-On Expertise: In the early stages, you'll be rolling up your sleeves. While you might have office responsibilities as the division grows, you'll need to be ready to jump into the field and do the work yourself. Holding a Master Plumber license is a must.
- Growth & People Focus: We're a people-oriented company. We believe in leading with a vision and putting our team first. We want someone who's not just looking for a job but is eager to be part of something bigger and help us redefine what a plumbing service can be.
Key Responsibilities
- Division Launch & Leadership: Establish and grow the plumbing division in the Shoals area, leveraging our existing customer base and brand momentum.
- Hands-On Plumbing Work: Perform and oversee plumbing installations and service calls, especially in the initial phase. Be ready to train and mentor junior plumbers as the team grows.
- Expansion & Development: Once the Shoals division is thriving, lead the expansion into Huntsville, creating a multi-location plumbing service line.
- Team Building & Culture: Foster a positive, team-oriented environment aligned with Eagle Pro's core values.
What You'll Bring
- A valid Master Plumber license
- Proven experience not just in plumbing, but in leadership or in a role where you've had to build or grow a service line
