Overview:
Service plumbing systems in multi-family properties and residential units. Independent, experienced techs who thrive in apartment and condo environments. Includes a light on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing in residential and multi-family properties
- Handle leaks, stoppages, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and piping
- Communicate with property managers and tenants
- Ensure code compliance and document work
- Participate in a light on-call rotation to respond to urgent issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years plumbing experience
- Multi-family property experience a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Professional communication skills
