We are seeking a Project Manager to support daily field activities across energy and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and provide hands-on support for project execution. You will play a key part in maintaining high-quality field operations and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of energy and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors across various field locations, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet deliverables.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and support team needs on the ground.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present reports, updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
- Support procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract management as required.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning within project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure and/or energy projects (renewables, utilities, civil, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage complex field operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance requirements in the energy sector.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms).
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
