Job description
We are a General Contractor based in the NYC metropolitan area, specializing in public projects. We are looking for a full-time, experienced Project Manager/ Project Supervisor who will be responsible for project at Manhattan. This is a salaried position, and the employee must be available on-call.
Experience in Public works is preferred.
The Construction Project Manager/Site Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Coordinating project activities with subcontractors
- Ensuring schedules, document control, and quality standards are met
- Preparing Sign in Sheets and Daily Report
- Preparing submittals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Conducting takeoffs and preparing bid documents
- Supervise daily activities on the construction site, including managing workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Job costing and estimation
- AutoCAD and shop drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Public Projects
- OSHA Certification
Salary: Based on experience

Pay: $52,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
