All Hale Concrete is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to delivering high-quality concrete solutions to our community. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team.

This role requires an individual with expertise in residential concrete flatwork and foundations and complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be self-sustaining with a passion for quality workmanship and a strong work ethic. Opportunity to advance after 6 months.

**MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE**

Duties

Contribute as a concrete finisher and help complete projects on time with precision.
Own the successful execution of residential flatwork, walls, footings and foundations.
Prepare job sites including digging, grading, forming, setting bar, and pouring concrete for various residential and light commercial projects.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in good condition and organized.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment

Requirements

7+ years of proven, concrete-specific experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with ability to drive company trucks and tow trailers when required
Must speak fluent English (Spanish helpful)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must have personal concrete finishing hand tools
Ability to safely operate construction equipment and machinery
Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labor including kneeling, bending, lifting 75+ lbs, and working in varying weather conditions
Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment
