Job Overview
We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Estimator, with proven mechanical estimating expertise, to lead project planning, budgeting, and execution at two locations. One of these locations is in Dundalk and the other is in Abingdon. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to coordinate complex mechanical projects from inception through completion, ensuring accurate cost estimation, effective scheduling, and seamless project management. Duties

Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that include labor, materials, equipment costs, and profit margins
Oversee project scope development, change order management, and contract administration to ensure alignment with client expectations and budget constraints
Conduct site visits to gain firsthand understanding of mechanical conditions and verify estimates against actual site requirements
Manage project timelines effectively through diligent time management practices and proactive scheduling adjustments
Collaborate closely with architects to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Monitor project progress on-site to ensure adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and contractual obligations
Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish

Experience

Minimum of several years of experience in estimating combined with project management
Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Experience managing contracts, change orders, and subcontractor relationships effectively
On-site experience is highly preferred to understand field challenges and site logistics
Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills for effective project coordination across diverse teams
