Xgen Home Builders LLC is currently expanding its plumbing vendor network across Massachusetts. We are actively seeking skilled, licensed Plumbers for ongoing residential maintenance, renovation, and property preservation projects.
We work with property managers, real estate investors, asset management companies, and financial institutions that require dependable, code-compliant plumbing services.

Detailed Scope of Work:
The selected plumber will be responsible for performing a variety of residential plumbing tasks, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing system troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Leak detection and pipe repairs
- Water heater repair and replacement (tank & tankless)
- Fixture installation (sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers)
- Drain cleaning and clog removal
- Water line and drain line repairs
- Pipe replacement and re-piping (partial & full)
- Installation of shut-off valves and pressure regulators
- Correction of municipal or state plumbing code violations
- Plumbing repairs for rental turnovers and vacant properties
- Performing repairs identified during property inspections
- Ensuring all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing code standards
Projects may include single-family homes, multi-family units, rental properties, vacant homes, and investor-owned properties.
✅ Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Plumbing License
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Own professional-grade tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for photo documentation and job reporting
- Ability to submit before-and-after job photos when required
- Strong communication skills and professional work attitude
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain project timelines
