Job Description

In this position machine maintenance personnel are responsible for keeping the company CNC Machines in good working condition, addressing issues before they become problems. This position would be responsible for the overall wellbeing of our CNC Machines.

Responsibilities

Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs
Preventative maintenance
Replacing worn parts
Cleaning machinery
Changing filters
Fixing coolant leaks
Topping off lubricants
Trouble – shooting issues
Machine coolant and oil maintenance
Share in scrap removal to help keep equipment productive
Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities

Receives instructions well
Ability to notice if something is wrong or likely to go wrong
Determine the tools and equipment needed to do a job
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Education/Training

High School Diploma or GED recommended
Complete on the job training

Pay: Depending on Experience
