You’re a Natural Salesperson
You are comfortable around people and you love helping them reach a decision that’s right for them. You’re not pushy but you’re also not a pushover. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of in-home sales experience helping customers feel confident about making high-cost decisions that may be complex and technical for them.
No prior plumbing or sewer sales experience or technical knowledge is needed. We will train the right Sales Representative.
You’re Ready to Work
You have a driver’s license, are drug-free, have a ready-to-work attitude, and can work days, evenings, and weekends to meet with customers in their homes at their convenience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide customers with solutions for their plumbing and sewer and other home comfort needs
- Consult with potential and existing customers to provide customized plumbing system solutions, including our exclusive maintenance program
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
- Follow up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information needed to convert them into sales
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
- Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including trade shows, referral groups, etc.
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
