Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of our clients' HVAC systems.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform equipment repairs including ammonia refrigeration systems and other related appliances.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system functionality.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concerns effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about system performance and necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all service work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, property maintenance practices, and equipment repair techniques.
- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
